I made popcorn today. Homemade popcorn is actually a pretty healthy snack! It’s fun to make too, because of all the popping that happens.

I think the heat makes the inside expand and crack the outer casing…basically turning itself inside out…or something like that!
That’s pretty much what we were thinking! So strange that it does that though.
