Lack of sleep just keeps adding up…
Sometimes I just feel so tired. It’s not that I’m not sleeping properly, exactly. Just that most days I end up with just a bit less sleep than I should. Twenty or thirty minutes, perhaps. (Okay there have been some days when I’ve been an hour short on sleep…)
One day of that would be bearable. But it keeps adding up.
In fairness it is improving. My sleep tracker currently says I’m 11 hours short of sleep in the past 14 days. Not that long ago it was more like 15, and I have a feeling it was 20 at some point… So it is getting better.
I know I need to do a better job of getting enough sleep. I’m working on it.
